Tasting notes
Straw yellow in color with medium intensity and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose it is delicate and refined with its characteristic aromatic profile; on the palate it is dry and harmonious, very pleasant.

An elegant wine that pairs well with appetizers, salads, and fish dishes. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Territory
The vineyards are located on hilly terrain with calcareous, clayey, and marly soils. The production area covers approximately 1,450 hectares, distributed across 11 municipalities in the province of Alessandria: Bosio, Capriata d’Orba, Carrosio, Castelletto d’Orba, Francavilla Bisio, Gavi, Novi Ligure, Parodi Ligure, San Cristoforo, Serravalle Scrivia.
