Tasting notes
Thanks to careful vinification, the resulting wine shows an intense strawyellow color. When young, its rich and full bouquet offers intense floral and fruity notes, which over time evolve into classic hints of honey, acacia, and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-balanced, with a persistent and structured finish.
Food pairings
Excellent as a fresh-served aperitif, it pairs perfectly with delicate land and sea appetizers, as well as with light first courses. Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
Territory
The production area includes the hills of both the lower and upper Langhe, with soils characterized by the presence of marl, limestone, and sand.
