WINE CHARACTERISTICS
Tasting notes
It is clear and bright to the eye, with pale pink hues. The nose is intense, with a fruity and floral bouquet in which cherry, exotic fruit and rose petals emerge. In the mouth it is balanced, with a freshness that enhances its harmony.
Food pairings
Pair with cold appetizers, young cured meats and fish-based first courses. Perfect as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Territory
The Langhe are located in the southern part of Piedmont. The name means “tongues of land” and refers to the elongated hills, often with very steep sides, arranged so that they run parallel to each other to form many deep, narrow valleys. Mostly clay soils.
